@JetBlue what is going on? I’ve tried for 3 hours to book a flight for your cyber deal. It just keeps kicking me out and various point beyond frustrating!!!
@TSA my last two flights did not show my tsa pre check status. I just checked in for my flight tomorrow and I do NOT have pre check again. Can this be added back?
@FedEx what is going on with my package? Initially delivery was Saturday, then moved to Tuesday, not no delivery date. It’s in my city since Sunday. Where is my package? This happens to about half of my packages that ship through you. What’s going on?
@dcrainmakerblog@_MRogers It would be nice to have a chest strap to use to put the pod into for workouts. I don’t really want to wear their clothes but a chest strap would be easy since I already use that
@dcrainmakerblog@dcrainmakerblog the whoop strap is 25% off for 1 year ($18/month). Does that make it worth trying? Or are you still recommending pass? I’ve been using the fenix 6 for the past year and wearing 24/7. The body battery is ok but interested in more insights.
@TheDanJimenez Reason 2 with unlimited or mandatory what is left are team members or managers carrying the burden of the employees that fully take advantage of either unlimited or mandatory. I mean the work still has to be done and the people who are ok working are left with carrying extra load
@TheDanJimenez I don’t have data for this but I would guess that people on average take fewer days off when given unlimited. Then people who don’t take time off end up burning out and leaving. People who love and use unlimited to the fullest stay and that’s what the company if left with.
@TheDanJimenez Reason 1 Unlimited PTO is a way for companies’ balance sheets not to carry the liability of the paid time off. When an employee leaves and had not used their PTO then it’s paid out. Unlimited PTO is never paid out to the employee if it’s not used
@TheDanJimenez Here’s a hot take for you :). I think companies should stop with “unlimited” or “mandatory” PTO and just give people the number of days and let them use them however whenever. I feel it is just marketing for hopeful benefits.
