Happy Sunday fam.
changing environment can be a lot of things
a "work spot" is a good example
similar to how it can be easier to study in a library
other examples:
• I have a friend who stopped smoking after moving to another country because nobody smoked there
• I don't eat candies if there is no candy at home
• I can get more energized to work if there is sunlight and liquid drum and bass music
• sometimes changing your work spot can reset your motivation
• I drink more water if there is a big bottle of water next to me versus a small glass of water that I need to refill all the time
• My mind is more clear if my digital environment is organized
• scents can make you more alert or more sleepy
• I worry less about time and get more into the flow if there are no clocks
• etc.

Newton's first law: inertia.
An object in motion stays in motion if no force is applied to it.
Once you start, it's easy to keep going.
Get good at starting → get good at smashing procrastination.
