@acme_orange @RAKBANKlive They make ‘free’ credit cards compulsory when you buy another product (mine was a car loan from several years so; paid off in full and account hasn’t been used since). The catch is “you haven’t spent 50,000dhs on your credit card so the charges come into effect” 750dhs. Criminal.

Typically useless from @RAKBankLive, as usual. Charging me for a credit card I have never requested, never wanted and never used (I never even received a card - a fact they acknowledged on the phone - but it's not stopped them charging me). Criminal behavior.

Officially sick and tired of how useless your @VirginMoney is. I've called (international rates) countless times. I've provided the online documents requested. I've emailed customer service. I've messaged you directly and after over 3 months I still can't access my own account.

@VirginMoney website says to use the chat function on the app - which they have blocked me from because I live overseas. are they unwilling to call an international number? This isn't terrible customer service, this is criminal

I've emailed customer service @VirginMoney with no response whatsoever; not even one to acknowledge that I've even emailed them. They have my email address and phone number - I'm even open to WhatsApp - but nothing.
