@CTMateer How many national championships did you win in your first season coaching/recruiting with your expertise? Isaac has 2 and is the king of under-the-radar recruiting and one of the most knowledgeable recruiters in the country when it comes to recognizing talent and potential.

- Lifelong mentor to dozens/hundreds of young men
- Leads a balanced life with leadership roles within his church and starring in musicals with his daughters.

@ChrisGraysonMD1 What is your source on this? I have a very hard time believing residents have cemented fewer than 5 femoral stems. Unless you’re referring to acetabular cementing…
@GiblyMd@Davembmd It definitely seems to be a cultural thing. I almost exclusively see this in IMGs and have been told that in many other cultures this is considered normal and expected akin to posting a graduation photo.

@DrGrantHogue@Davembmd General tips for prolonging the lifespan of running shoes include using them only for running (use a retired pair for walking around / casual use) and, for daily runners, rotating through multiple pairs of shoes to give >24hrs for cushioning to fully rebound between each use.
@DrGrantHogue@Davembmd Finally, something I’m (somewhat) qualified to comment on! I think the general consensus is that all running shoes, regardless of brand, will last around 300-500 miles. However, I have heard Hokas are supposed to get an extra couple hundred miles but not sure if that holds true.
