My 2026 has been crazy ๐คฏ
๐ฃ My son was born in January
๐ Launched first SaaS in April (CRM)
๐ Did 100 cold calls => $0 MRR (crowded niche)
โ ๏ธ Killed the CRM and built 4 iOS apps
๐ต First dollar in June.
๐ experimented AND succeeded with ASO / SEO / AEO / AI vids / social growth
๐ฐ $1K MRR in September!
๐ฆ Iโve been sharing my journey on X
In the mean time learning a ton about marketing + psychology ๐
Chasing my dreams has been the best thing Iโve ever done ๐ฅ
Excited for what 2027 will bring ๐
If youโre an indie hacker, letโs link up! ๐
@Biemjo Iโm now submitting when Iโve literally got a domain and 3 pages up. Impressions start early โ> by the time clicks come Iโll be built up.
Submit your sitemap the day you buy the domain.
Google takes weeks to crawl, weeks more to give you impressions, weeks more before a single click. That clock starts when you submit, not when you launch.
I lost about a month on my first app learning this. What's the one setup step you wish you'd done on day one?
Iโm now about 5 apps deep. Iโve been building building building. Iโm marketing one (semi successfully at 1K MRR)
Iโm soon going to move into full marketing mode. Iโm talking SEO, YouTube, instagram, TikTok, the whole shebang across ALL my apps. ๐
Follow off youโre tryna see how this story develops ๐ฅ
What building 4 iOS apps in 5 months actually looked like:
CRM launched in April
100 cold calls, $0 MRR
Killed the CRM
Built 4 apps instead
11 users
23 trials running
Sitemap submitted on day one for all of them
Still not profitable. Still going.
This is based on the trend of everybody making a video for their app.
The whole point of uniqueness is that it creates demand for something which nobody else has. If everybody has it, itโs no longer cool or unique.
