If a batsman at the bowlers end gets out of their crease backing up, the protocol is for the bowler to warn him

@WisdenCricket Very poor from Australia. He’s not standing outside the crease, They’ve noticed his habit of scratching his foot to mark he’s in then patting down the pitch, they know he’s not looking to run, they gave no warning, they’ve just exploited/bent the rules to sneak a crucial wicket.

@WisdenCricket I feel uncomfortable with this as you should seek to dismiss a bat when they are either defending or attacking. Bairstow was not trying to either...for him it was gardening and a chat to Stokes at the end of the over. Feels wrong
