@fede_intern @paulg it's a horrible AI post, I'd block you too. You don't need any tools to see it, it has the typical chatbot sentence structure over and over. No one wants to read this, it's lazy, it wastes our time, and blocking people who would post such a thing is totally defensible.

@tomieinlove If I pay 500k for a house, that's 500k I don't have in my investment account. I pay 0% interest (no loan) but also get 0% return (no investment).

If I invest the 500k and it makes 6% a year, AND I buy the house with a 500k loan at 3%, now every year I make 30K but pay only 15K.

I've seen a rise in typos in articles from supposedly respectable news outlets. I suspect that authors now put in typos on purpose to reinforce that their articles weren't written by AI.

@Suhail When I close a window with 10 tabs I can reopen it easily. But this gets pushed down quickly and disappears as you close other tabs. Within 10 min I can no longer reopen it. Please have a subsection where you can reopen entire windows, not tabs, and keep it long-term.

@faurest @ZySopy @DanLeBras1982 @cryptocom Pour moi perso ces offres ne seraient jamais intéressantes car j'essaie de réduire mes dépenses au maximum. Donc je n'achète que le stricte nécessaire pour survivre. C'est pour ça que le cashback à un taux plus élevé est bien plus intéressant pour moi.
