Hey @TfL when are you guys going to sort out the downward escalator at St. John's Wood tube station? It's been out of action for nearly TWO MONTHS! I felt so bad seeing a woman carrying a pram with her baby in it just the other. I was already half way up the escalator that was working otherwise I'd have been there to help her carry the pram down a very steep flight of stairs. This is just not good. Are the disabled, elderly people etc now not allowed to use the station? Sort this please!

We find platform endorsement not only increases search for and sale of endorsed items but also unendorsed items.

Our evidence suggests that this effect is due to an improvement in consumers' perception of the quality of services available on the platform.
