Why pnb is not providing me bank statement after several requests through pnb one app for last 1 year. If pnb doesnt work through pnb one app then why pnb has launced the said app. It is nothing but inconvenience caused to us.

I have paid rs. 3500/- to my friend through Google pay bearing upi id no. 204398715550 on 12.02.2022. the said money is debited from my account bearing no. xxxxxxxxxx378. However, the said money was not credited in my her account.

@pnbindia i have already lodge a complaint against the same. I have received email in reply that you guyz have registered my complaint. There after you asked me to call on your toll free number. Somebody has answered the call and said we cant check your details as server is down here.

On 05.04.2022 i have received email regarding procedure for the return of the said product is being completed. Then why till now refund of my money procedure has not been initiate. Nowhere in your email it has been mentioned within how many days i will refund of the said amount.

Emi of rs. 3249/-. However, unfortunately due to my moms ill health and as she got admitted in hospital i was not able to pay the said emi on time. Now, i have called the said executive repayment of loan and foreclosing the same now she is denying her statement.
