@Deepthough700 There's this weird idea that if you're hurt by someone, you're supposed to sit them down and gently tell them in soft, neutral language, followed by a "debate" where if you fail to convince them that you were actually hurt, it doesn't "count" and you're a cruel "Avoidant" etc.
