Really disappointed @VirginAtlantic transferred points to fly with one of your partners after searching for the flight, and now I am unable to book. I called in and your customer service mentioned they see the flight but not available to flying club anymore. Horrible.
I’ve been a @priceline member for many years, and utilized them for a large portion of my trips. However if my issue is not resolved, I will move to use Expedia moving forward.
This sucks cuz I loved Priceline.
Disappointed with @priceline I canceled my trip within 24 hrs and I’m being held to a policy from a previous day from my trip confirmation.
I check the same hotel today and there is a 24 hr fully refundable cancellation. How does this make sense?

Even the conductor said the times are wrong and escalated.
@JetBlue has to be the worst airline. Never flying again. Family was at gate and on line to board and were told that they were late. How can you overbook the flight and blame the customer for standing on the boarding line?
I left absolutely gutted because I was not expecting this - based on our contract and just overall how I hold people to their word. Best believe this is the last time I take my families’ business to that location. I was expecting professionalism.
@BMWUSA left with such a sour taste in my mouth now after my sales people went back on their word on replacing the grill on my car. Before I bought the car, we wrote down the grill was going to replaced, along with wheel repair.

I dropped off my recently purchased car to get serviced and asked about the grill repair. The service person went to ask and my sales person came down to tell me that it was going to COST THEM to replace the grill so they will give me the part to REPLACE MYSELF. UNACCEPTABLE.
