@TfL the 103 is the only bus out of my area, and it says on the bus stops every 9 to 12 minutes. So why has my son been waiting 30 minutes risking being late for school? The buses are so hot a miss on the times they arrive. How are we supposed to plan our journeys?

@TfL how do I link my sons zip card with my tfl account, so I cam track the travel history? I've tried adding it using the "add existing card" but its asking for a security number which doesn't seem to match whatever i put in.

@SheniceT @TellTheColonel Just had the email about the KFC discount..... when I first got my card it was 20% off. Then it went to 10%. Now it's down to 9% . Hardly seems worth it.

@OctopusEnergy we recently got transferred from Shell, and in one of your emails it says our direct debits will continue as normal. However, we just noticed our February payment doesn't seem to have gone out. Any ideas why?
