Rather extroadinarily, after breaking my old Oyster card and transferring the remaining funds to my partner's one, @TfL have cancelled the working one (despite emails to the contrary) and can't tell me how or why... bizarre and hugely unhelpful
@chilternrailway Morning - inaudible message from the guard, what’s the delay happening with the 13:12 from Birmingham Moor Street to London Marylebone? Thanks
@RabbitHole_Pod_@CatJarman Beatrix Potter never wrote ‘even the smallest one can change the world’ - it was a line made up for the biopic film, not text from the tale of Peter Rabbit
@RishiSunak Remember Liz Truss? That’s what hammered finances most recently. Not sure why anyone would trust the Tories with anything financially after the last decade
Afternoon @marksandspencer - an order for collection has been delayed… and it’s not clear when it’s now turning up (although it may be when I’m away!) - any way to check? Thanks
Afternoon @CCriadoPerez - thought you might appreciate this newsletter from @hampton_paddle acknowledging that women and men's bodies are different - you can now get women-specific designs!

@SW_Help Rush hour trains tend to be full to standing; it’s barely possible to move within a carriage, let alone travel through them. Why are they allowed into stations, and onto platforms, without being challenged by platform staff?
@SW_Help we see here a non folding bike heading for the platform for trains from SUR to WAT… ie park morning rush hour. Passed several members of staff. I thought this wasn’t allowed!
Evening @SW_Help - this seat no longer flips up, which is a problem for bikes / buggies / wheelchairs that might want to use this space.
On the 21:03 from WAT to GLD, carriage # 77753
