@houseoffraser really frustrated Hermes advise there is a problem with my order at your end, ive sent 5 messages to you over as many days and you ignore me, i cant call as you provide no number and your web chat is not working. i cant even sort a refund as you as you ignore me!

She wasn’t asked this question she said it at the collection point of the drive through
