The sales person once suggested me a wrong subscription. I had to cancel that subscription & waited 2 weeks to get my money back. Instead of having an untrained sales team if they spend some on services, that would improve the customer trust.

People come at doors knocking uninformed when ladies are alone at home claiming to be from MCD. Ask directly to show our private household for larva checking. Isn't it unethical? What if someone comes with fake id and loot belongings? Would MCD take responsibility?

Complaint 2 times on this number in last 4 hours. The AC is freezing on berth no. 2 of coach A2 AC Two Tier 12553 Vaishali SF Express. I am suffering from flu 🤧 now due to this.
Pls help in controlling the temperature or I would consider it waste of money.

@Snowden today in India lower parliament passed the Digital personal data bill, which will allow the govt and prvt entities to use the citizens personal data. The bill will be taken to upper parliament which will make this a legal. How do you think it's gonna impact Indians?

@myvoltas 1) disappointing services. Pathetic. Paid 2600 for gas filled this month. Again when cooling was lower, I called n engr came n told it needs servicing. Which I had it 2 months ago But I said do it and paid again and it's still not cooling as it was. Refund my money

@myvoltas get some educated engineers please. When he told me it needs servicing, because some cool air was coming doesn't mean it is cooling accordingly.
I myself can observe compressor is not working as it should.
