Flock-style ALPR systems are general warrants.
Otis argued Paxton's Case in Boston in 1761. His objection was that the writ (warrant) named no suspect, no place, and no crime. It was standing authority to rummage.
That's the Isaacs search. Nobody asked where Lindsey Isaacs had been. They asked which Durangos were near a crash, and she came back.
Location first. Suspect second. That's the structure Otis was describing.
And read the rest of what he said. The writ places the liberty of every man in the hands of every petty officer, and any man prompted by revenge, ill humor, or wantonness could get one.
Revenge, ill humor, wantonness.
A Kansas police chief ran his ex 164 times. A Florida officer ran his estranged wife 717 times over 21 months. A Colleton County deputy racked up nearly 2,700 unauthorized searches.
Otis wasn't speculating. He was describing people.
Three days in solitary for a woman whose car had no damage on it, while four pieces of evidence pointing the other way sat in the file.
That's the reason the Fourth Amendment was drafted.
NEW: Florida woman gives emotional testimony about being placed in solitary confinement for more than 3 days after a Flock camera falsely connected her vehicle to a deadly crash:
"Correctional officers told me I had to stay there because of the severity of my charges... The cell door was shut and it was not open for approximately 86 hours."
“I was terrified. I was facing the possibility of spending the rest of my life in prison for a crash I knew that I had not been involved in."
"At my lowest point, I didn't want to be alive.”
Lindsey Isaacs spent nearly 2 weeks in maximum-security jail before the charges were dropped.
Imagine a group of powerful, well-connected anorexics gather and formulate a plot to reject the psychiatric framing of anorexia and turn their illness into a healthy identity.
They make it discrimination and bigotry to call anorexia a mental disorder and frame access to liposuction and Ozempic as medically necessary and a human right.
The whole world goes along with this.
In the field of anorexia-affirming care, an anorexic receives immediate affirmation of her anorexic identity and unfettered access to the weight-loss medical treatments that her disorder demands.
No psychotherapeutic attempt is made to loosen the grip of the belief.
Then, instead of measuring success by objective outcomes such as physical health and quality of life, researchers in the field opt for self-report: in other words, after giving the anorexic the very treatments that her disorder compels her to seek, the researchers ask her if she is happy.
When she says yes, this confirms that Ozempic and liposuction are beneficial and appropriate treatments for anorexia.
That is the medical world’s current approach to managing the trans phenomenon.
Read how this madness happened in my first essay of @Genspect’s REPATH series
Cottonseed was a disposal problem.
Gins dumped it in rivers, until Procter & Gamble hardened the oil, called it Crisco and sold it as the modern answer to lard.
Whey was a disposal problem.
Cheesemakers poured it down drains and fed it to pigs, until somebody dried it, put it in a tub and sold it to gym members.
Skimmed milk was a disposal problem.
It was what remained when the cream went for butter.
It went to the pigs too, until it got a red top and a health claim.
Bran was a disposal problem.
Millers bagged it as animal feed, until Kellogg's boxed it in 1916 and sold it as regularity.
Rapeseed oil was a disposal problem.
Its market was lubricating ships' engines, and that died in 1945.
Canada bred out the worst of it, renamed it canola and called it heart-healthy.
Defatted soya was a disposal problem.
It was what the oil mills had left over, until it was textured, flavoured and sold as a burger.
Beet pulp, citrus peel and oat hulls were disposal problems.
They are now listed on the pack as added fibre.
Every item on that list has been sold to you as a health food.
Every item on that list began as something a factory was paying to get rid of.
Your great-grandmother knew exactly what to do with all of it.
She fed it to the pig and ate the pig.
It made the pig fat, incidentally. Nobody thought that needed a study.
🚨 THEY STALKED HER. THEY SHOT HER IN THE HEAD. THEY CRUSHED A BABY IN A STROLLER. THEY STRANGLED HER. THEY STABBED HER AND DOUSED HER IN GASOLINE.
And ABC, CBS, and NBC gave these stories ZERO. SECONDS. on their flagship morning and evening newscasts. https://t.co/WzN6miHBn0
Griff Jenkins just laid it out on FOX & Friends. Five recent cases. Multiple murder charges. A 9-month-old dead in a New Jersey parking lot. Federal authorities identified the suspects as illegal immigrants. The Media Research Center found the Big Three networks looked away. 📺❌
Here’s what they buried:
💥 Sacramento, CA — Rohit Rohit, 22, from India. Illegally crossed in Arizona in 2023. Released. He AirTagged Shalini Thakur’s car. Deflated her tire so he could “help.” Copied her apartment key and walked into her home while she slept. She got a restraining order. He still hunted her. Then he chased her outside a Panera Bread, shot her, and finished her on the ground. He later killed himself on Highway 50. Her mother said she begged police for help and no one stopped him. 💔🔫
💥 Jackson, NJ — Maria Cobon-Guzmán, 20, from Guatemala. Never had a license. Released after an illegal crossing. An immigration judge had already ordered her removed. She slammed a car into a mother, a 5-year-old, and 9-month-old Yitzchok Rosenberg in a grocery store lot. The baby died. The woman teaching her to drive, Ariadna Lazaro-Flores, had been removed five times and came back anyway. ICE now wants them both. 👶⚰️
💥 Massachusetts — Flavio Alcantara Dias, 43, from Brazil. Prior DUI and assault. Released. He called 911 and said he “went crazy and suffocated her.” Brianna Connolly was found with a cord around her neck. Murder charge. 🥀
💥 Virginia — Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos, 19, from El Salvador. Crossed near El Paso in 2024. Released. Prosecutors say he grabbed a kitchen knife and gloves after his co-worker exposed their affair. Carmen Lizet Puch, a mother of a 3-year-old, was found stabbed repeatedly and soaked in gasoline. He confessed. They called it premeditated. 🔪🔥
These are not rumors. DHS identified the immigration status. Local prosecutors filed the charges. Families are burying their dead. And the networks that spend endless airtime on other stories gave these victims nothing.
Sanctuary rules. Catch-and-release. Restraining orders that don’t restrain. A 9-month-old who never got a chance.
Ask yourself why these names never made the national morning shows.
Watch the segment. Share it. Don’t let them vanish. 🇺🇸🚨
Some days it just hits me how far our enemies have gotten.
Islamic and Marxist networks aren’t lurking on the margins anymore. They’re inside finance, food, schools, transportation, law enforcement, government, pretty much every institution that actually runs a country.
We spend our days tracking the organizations and the people behind them. The money, coordination, structure. It’s not random. It’s organized, and it takes a shocking amount of cash and discipline.
A lot of people ask why I don’t do more TV, more interviews, more of the media circuit. Because I’m busy doing the work (all day every day) the full-time commentators never get around to and have little interest in.
They’ve been saying the same lines for years.
We’re the ones naming the individuals, mapping the networks, keeping up with the next move, and trying to put REAL solutions on the table for Americans. That’s what RAIR Foundation USA is for.
Don’t get pulled off by the media whores or the fundraising crowd that needs this problem to stay unsolved so the donations keep coming. They live off the wreckage.
We’re working non-stop trying to stop the encroachment and arm the public with solutions.
America First Always!

@kateiswell I’d question the friendship of someone who repeated that hearsay to me. They could’ve kept it to themselves and then you’d still be feeling all good about what you did.
@Villgecrazylady The videos of the mothers “pretending” to harm their kids in solidarity with Clancy is so awful, so ridiculous, I feel they must be paid. The comments from men so dividing, so generalizing of all women. The amount of posts about this horrific crime shows me it’s programming.
Ummm this is just nuts. And everything Owen says here is accurate.
According to Grok the odds of both of these cases having this many coincidences is less than 1 in a billion.
@lanechanged It never is. So many missing kids & we just get the occasional amber alert. With our technology & constant media coverage of everything else, none of the missing kids are ever featured.
They tell you Flock cameras are there to fight crime.
So I pulled the actual police logs from my new favorite website (haveibeenflocked . com). 233 million searches that they have been able to get via FOIA requests and here's what "fighting crime" actually looks like:
> 84% had no case number at all
> The most common reason a cop typed in the box? Blank, nothing
> Only about 9% were even tagged as a real crime.
> "Test" and "training" show up as reasons, run on real people's cars
> The FBI and Homeland Security were wired into local camera networks your town never signed off on.
So what is Flock?
FLOCK: 100,000+ plate cameras bolted to poles across America. They read your plate everywhere you drive and never forget.
NOVA: Flock's AI that turns your plate into you. Your name, address, family, everyone you know, in seconds, no warrant.
SIGNALTRACE: a competitor's tool that tracks the Bluetooth off your phone, your AirPods, your watch. Doesn't even need your plate.
Then I followed the money and the lead investor behind Flock also funds an Israeli company that can hack cameras and change the footage. Another lead investor backs a 911 app that flips on your phone's camera and mic. Trace it all the way back and you hit a former Israeli prime minister and Jeffrey Epstein's money.

@Chief_R_ I watched my parents work their fingers to the bone enhancing & maintaining a custom log home that they sold for profit, bought an RV & now travel to good weather to hike n bike all the time. They absolutely deserve it.
Happy golden years to you!
