*whispering* i thought Holland worked in The Odyssey. he's no standout or anything, but it's a thankless character and i bought him as the son who hasn't matured. he was also a great scene partner for people like Hathaway and Leguizamo to bounce off.
Circe sequence is one of the most incredible things ive seen in a very long time, but its crazy how disgusting and unsettling the eating was and the oppressive, exaggerated way nolan insists on it. I know it’s the point but i didnt know he had that specific tone (?) in him.
Underrated funny part of THE ODYSSEY is when Robert Pattinson begins talking about his childhood and they flash back to an equally sharp-cheekboned child
an incident happened today at an imax screening of the odyssey in hong kong: there was a fire alarm mid-screening and everyone had to be evacuated 😭
the funniest bit was antinous saying "somebody get these beggars out!" and right after that the viewers had to leave 🫠
love the bit where R. Pattinson’s Antinous is just narrating the different weapons as they fall to the ground
“swords!….shields!…spears! get the spears!”
