@Verizon @VerizonSupport 19 years loyal customer. Spent hour on phone with customer service yesterday for daughter's phone. Told me all she had to do is go in the store and exchange it for 10 a month more on my bill for IPro Max 1TB. Went to store and denied. Support no help

for 10+ years I've been trying through many channels to get a license plate (Procto) that was banned overturned. This was my Father's old plate and is offensive to no one.There is no process to get this done.Please help!!

In the late 80s it was even a side note for one of the columnists in the Tribune as being one of funniest plates. I can't see it being offensive to anyone and I hope you do too. You are my last hope on getting this fixed. Thank you for your time and service.

It's not offensive to anyone I've talked to in life, but no one can over turn it but you. You are my only hope as I am trying to pay homage to him before he can't see it. So hopefully you can send me in the right direction or please help. Thank you for your time and service.

When buying an airline ticket, it should include the price of a seat!!! Otherwise I'll just stand. How the hell can you sell an airline ticket you want to sit inside it that's an extra 2k.without a seat? Like selling me a car but saying if I want to sit inside that will cost 2k.

@AmericanAir I paid a lot of money for these tickets today. Rebooking for tomorrow doesn't help. This is all your airlines fault. They stood around doing nothing it wasn't busy. For 2 hours only 2 people were in front of me. 7 gate agents

@AmericanAir my children missed their flight from ORD to MCO because stood in line for two hours and never moved. I kept telling agents I have 2 unaccompanied minors. 7 people just stood and did nothing. Here is one photo before security yelled at me.

@AmericanAir They weren't busy. For 2 hours 7 people stood around doing nothing. And then I got to line they printed boarding passes and then wouldn't let my kids go. After waiting another 20 minutes a manager showed up.and couldn't believe or answer why the gate agent wouldn't let them go.
