If we maintain good epistemic hygiene, we can observe that the existence of this picture doesn't imply that Bryan has given up on maximizing his health. First of all, a picture is just a static snapshot of an event. For all we know, Bryan just placed the junk food around himself in a way that merely makes it _seem as if_ he was eating, but, and this is critical, without ever actually doing so. Second, the existence of advanced generative AI means that even a picture like this, as compelling and realistic as it may be, could be the result of a prompt like "imagine if Bryan Johnson just gave up one day". Don't trust everything you see online. And third, and most important of all, there are low-key indicators that suggest this post is utilizing what humans refer to as "irony", where one portrays oneself as having attribute X in order to highlight the fact one is in fact having attribute ~X. Look for them. For these reasons I think you shouldn't worry too much about this post.
