@IAmSteveHarvey SEVERANCE.. it will have you on the edge of your seat the entire time. One of those series that, when things start to connect, you can’t stop watching.
I once saw these words carved into a wooden cross in a small chapel: “Christ beside me, Christ within me, Christ to shield, and Christ to win me.”
Beautiful, humble words that have helped me be ready for life and adventure.
On every expedition, I tuck a laminated piece of paper into my boots with Matthew 28:20 on it: “Be sure of this, that I am with you, even to the ends of the earth.”
A quiet reminder that we are never truly alone.
JUST IN: Tim Tebow shows senators a map of the United States showing every single location where someone is downloading, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
“We are losing the battle, and we are losing the war, and boys and girls are suffering for it…”
“Every red dot that is on there is someone that is downloading, sharing, or distributing [CSAM].”
“55% to 85% of them are also hands-on offenders, and we know that your average offender has thirteen victims in their lifetime.”
“The scale of harm right here in America is, to a certain extent, hard to comprehend, but that's why we're here.”
🚨 JUST IN: Tim Tebow reveals he is pushing so hard to save victims of child s*x crimes because God called him to do it 🙏🏻
"I believe this is one of the biggest reasons why I'm created. The little strength I have wasn't to carry a football — but to be able to lift up these image-bearers of our creator, and bring them to a place of protection, hope and love."
"That's what God's called me to...it's one of the worst evils in the world."
"It is uncomfortable. But we have to be willing to be uncomfortable so these girls and boys CAN be comfortable." 💯
TURNING THE PAGE: “Home Improvement” star Tim Allen says he has struggled with his faith since his father was killed by a drunk driver when he was just 11.
Now, the comedian has completed a months-long personal journey through Scripture — an experience he says left an impact.
“Finished the entire Bible. It’s been a 13 month word-by-word, page-by-page, no skimming journey. Humbled, enlightened and amazed at what I read and what I learned. I will rest and meditate on so much. I will begin it again.”
@HawaiiBrownsHui@PenCapChew27 I think we need to get over the “5th round pick” stigma. If he has the talent to be the long-term guy and they believe he is the answer at QB, who cares where he was drafted?
You want me to be honest here?
I see nothing wrong with this. If you want the HC gig bad enough, you should be willing to go through it. And correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t personality tests and questionnaires standard parts of job interviews in corporate America?
The multi-part essay is a little much, but I’d wager it’s more of an application if anything else, and is likely just poorly framed.
And fwiw, it’s the same process that landed on Stefanski and McDermott prior, so it’s gotta be worth something 🤷♂️ #Browns
If players interview and take a cognitive test as part of the draft process, why is it wrong for a franchise to have a similarly rigorous process for the person responsible for leading a $304.3M payroll?
Different doesn’t mean wrong imo.
@SharpFootball If you want to be a HC bad enough, you’ll work for it. If you don’t, why would they want you? It shouldn’t be easy. But our culture is so used to things being handed to them. The value of working hard for an opportunity is lost. Proven by the way people are reacting to this.
The same people from Browns twitter who said all season that Watson would play for them also think the coaching search is bad. The doomers just want to doom. They need their browns negativity fix. If the Browns had hired a coach quickly they’d be mad the didnt turnover every rock
