Has anyone actually had any resolution when trying to get an ad account unrestricted from @Meta support team? we are on week 6 of their manual review. This is just insulting at this point
@jforjacob Hey man this happened to us. It was a bot attack. It stopped when we changed the audience network option. Bot wave tracks pixel. We even got money refunded by meta after opening support ticket
@businessmind103 Metas awful man. I used to work for an agency. Some old colleagues told me that performance will never be the same as old account without most likely having to spend more.
@businessmind103 Oh wow. Iโd def get some new creatives and reevaluate the funnel. The cost per atc is a real indicator. How was performance on old account? And are you using same pixel
@businessmind103 Yeah exactly. We spammed support tickets till we found someone empathetic. We gave it our theory why it got disabled and after about 40 tickets we found someone who escalated to internal review team. Now weโve been waiting
@businessmind103 Thatโs the toughest part. Letting the ads get minimum 4 days of spend before judging optimization. Iโve also began pumping new creatives. We also changed the credit card to one we didnโt use on the old account and metrics really improved
