But let’s ask the uncomfortable question:
Are the employees whose salaries are credited in the same bank not salary account holders?
Or are they just machines meant to generate profit without protection?
Customers get ₹1 Crore safety net.
Staff gets targets, pressure, humiliation and risk.
Is this policy real inclusion or selective generosity?
Is the bank protecting accounts or protecting headlines?
If employees are excluded, then this is not a benefit. It is hypocrisy.
Clarify publicly: Does this insurance apply to staff salary accounts or not?
Because if your own employees are not eligible, then this is not welfare.
This is exploitation wrapped in marketing.

Banking Is Not a Career Anymore - It’s a Pressure Cooker for the Smartest Minds
Banking attracts some of the brightest and most hardworking people in the country. But what does the system give them in return?
Endless targets.
Daily humiliation.
Late night calls.
Unrealistic pressure.
Migraine.
Anxiety.
Burnout.
You enter with ambition.
You stay because you feel stuck.
You slowly become part of the same toxic chain that once suffocated you.
In most industries, leaders lead by example.
They perform first and then expect from their teams.
In banking, it’s the opposite.
Targets are designed at the top.
Pressure is dumped at the bottom.
Failure is blamed on the branch staff.
Respect is replaced with fear.
Motivation is replaced with threats.
Human value is replaced with numbers.
Banking was supposed to build the economy.
Instead, it is mentally breaking the people who run it.
This is not frustration.
This is reality.

While watching this video, just count how many points our Mgmt passes and mention it in the reply.
In the current scenario, if these are the real skill tests… 🤔
In my view, no doubt our top management has already failed all ten.
No offence.
Just an observation — and perhaps a reality check 💯 — with a smile. 🙂😝
Let’s check:
• Poor Communication Skills – Yes. Instructions come fast, clarity comes late.
• Micromanagement – Yes. Trust is low, monitoring is high.
• Lack of Empathy – Yes. Targets matter more than people.
• Inconsistency – Yes. Today’s order becomes tomorrow’s correction.
• Playing Favorites – Yes. Merit competes with proximity.
• Avoiding Responsibility – Yes. Success goes up, blame goes down.
• Lack of Vision – Yes. Quarterly numbers replace long-term thinking.
• Ineffective Delegation – Yes. Few carry workload, many carry titles.
• Ignoring Employee Development – Yes. Training exists, mentoring doesn’t.
• Unprofessional Behaviour – Yes. Pressure is culture, appreciation is rare.
Talent is not the issue.
Leadership quality is.
When Bankers Were Dying in Silence, One MP Spoke in Parliament
Yesterday when @AARahimdyfi raised the issue of bankers in Parliament, it did not feel like a politician speaking.
It felt like a banker finally got a voice inside the system.
- He spoke about over 500 banker suicides.
- He spoke about late night pressure.
- He spoke about humiliation, targets, and unethical sales pressure.
- He spoke about bankers who resign because they simply cannot survive the mental torture anymore.
Every day bankers are forced to sit till late night. Every day they are pushed to sell schemes like insurance, APY and other products just to satisfy unrealistic targets.
Without numbers, many are not even allowed to go home peacefully.
- Bankers are breaking down.
- Some are leaving jobs.
- Some are silently suffering.
- Some are losing their lives.
And where were many union leaders are silent, Comfortable and Busy protecting positions instead of protecting people
When our own voices were ignored
one MP stood up and spoke our truth.
Deep respect and salute to #AARahim for showing the real condition of Indian banking:
- Target humiliation
- Late night pressure
- Mental harassment
- Unethical sales culture
Also respect to those brave bankers who took this issue to him and asked him to raise it in Parliament.
That courage matters.
Now it is our duty as normal bankers
Do not wait silently. Reach your MPs. Tell them the truth and Ask them to raise the reality of banking pressure inside Parliament
Because real change will not come from circulars alone. It will come when our voices become impossible to ignore.
