Been 9 days since I emailed [email protected], exactly as advised by Amazon’s own customer support team over call - because they were unable to help from their end 🤷‍♂️

But - No acknowledgement. No response. Nothing 🥸😤😤

@AmazonHelp I have been an Amazon customer for years. Issues that this agent declared impossible have been resolved by Amazon in the past — sometimes proactively. The claim that “there is no way to help” is simply not credible to someone who understands how software systems work.
