@JustEatUK fail to provide complaints procedure when mismanaging complaints. Provide evidence of calls to restaurant to report issue but because I can’t provide a picture over 24hours later you refuse refund. Unacceptable.

@bt_uk engineer arrived last month to instal line - drilled hole in wall and drill bit got stuck, now having huge problems getting a reasonable response to ensure wall repaired. Complaint raised but not progressing fast enough - damage is unsightly!
@bt_uk every day for weeks the extra TV box will not recognise hub connection aways after 9pm so cant speak to anyone and raise complaint. So frustrating!! Unable to watch channels paying for!!
