GOOGLE OPENED THE VAULT
Their internal engineering practices the actual code review guidelines used by every engineer at google are public on github
→ two guides: one for reviewers, one for authors
→ explains what "LGTM" and "CL" mean internally
most devs write code... few know how to review it
google does

One of my favorite superpowers of agents is building classifiers. It’s insanely high leverage.
Before AI, you needed a year-round team:
- 3 ML engineers to build the models
- 3 ML infra engineers to scale them up
- 2 software engineers to integrate the parts
- 1 data scientist to analyze it
- 1 PM to manage the product
- 0.5 EM to hold it together
Now, in minutes, you can have an agent generate a markdown file that classifies inputs, then let agents run continuously against it.
Below is a Sentry error classifier I generated at @FactoryAI. But you can build this for almost anything: customer-reported bugs, backend traffic analysis, fraudulent payment activity.
Personal use cases too: categorizing credit card transactions, labeling emails, or organizing documents.
Holy shit.
Someone just open-sourced a financial brain.
It’s called Dexter.
→ Finds undervalued stocks
→ Breaks down entire businesses
→ Builds full investment theses

Just released my new /lesson-generator skill.
Use it with your agent to learn anything:
- generate lessons/courses on any topic
- include nano-banana images with my /image-generator skill
- present the course as an HTML artifact
And it's also available to use in our academy.

Nostalgia hitting hard - "2026 is the new 2016"
everywhere on TikTok/IG. Reminds me of simpler indie days before AI overload. Back then I shipped my first side project in a weekend. Now with AI, I can prototype Book Bridge features in hours.
But core stays: ship fast, iterate on real feedback.
What "old school" habit are you bringing back in 2026?
New year, new possibilities 🚀
2026 is here and I'm ready to build.
Got a few new project ideas brewing (some better than others, we'll see which ones survive contact with reality 😅)
Also setting a personal goal: pass DELE B1 Spanish exam this year.
Why? Because living in Buenos Aires and NOT speaking fluent Spanish feels like leaving value on the table.
Plus, I'm convinced learning a language and building products use the same muscle: iteration, failure, trying again until it clicks.
The plan:
- Keep shipping more startups
- Keep learning (Spanish won't learn itself)
- Keep sharing the journey here
One thing I learned in 2025: goals without action are just wishes.
So let's act 💪
What's one thing YOU're committing to in 2026?

🆕Continual System Prompt Learning for Code Agents
https://t.co/N5bUST0Km5
One of @karpathy's underrated observations this year. This is now one of the most hotly debated areas of AI, with continual learning, GEPA, and evals. @aparnadhinak discusses her experience applying Prompt Learning to @AnthropicAI's Claude Code and @Cline this year.
@selinatasnim1 Side hustles that scale quietly are the best kind. Few hours a week to real income. What's the simplest AI prompt setup that's printed most consistently for you??
@AJesusemen@SIXR_cricket Turning passion ecosystems into SportsFi with legends onboarded is solid. Community lessons key. What's one feedback loop that's shaped the roadmap most??
@ProjectX_DAO@MultiversX @frugfrens @ElrondDucks Shipping infra, wallet tools, and acquisitions in one year is relentless. Supernova ready sounds big. What's the biggest lesson from scaling nodes this fast??
@Karanbtc1@Carlitoswa_y Aligning with builders who value public traction over smoke makes sense long-term. What's one verifiable action that's built the most trust so far??
@jgonzalezferrer@OfficialApeXdex Weekly ships like privacy tweaks and new games keep momentum alive. RWA rebrand interesting shift. How's the community feedback been on the prediction expansions?/?
