@hypergiants_ A good wank can help me unwind sometimes. I used to smoke weed for anxiety but unfortunately it turned into an intense habit that just made me dissociate more and increased overall anxiety

@hypergiants_ I go for long walks and do voice journals while I walk (fancy way of talking to myself like a crazy person), I close my eyes and breathe, I do guided meditation (I like progressive muscle relaxation), I eat yummy food... tbh walks are usually the most effective for me
