@1goodtern Tern, you’ve been following me since I was extremely sick with long COVID. I respect you and what you do for Covid awareness. But I also was helped immensely by a mind body approach, along with drugs the hospital put me on. I’m fully recovered now.

@verenabee @AetherFox_ I returned to my life before in part to these methods. Full time work, full time parenting, gym, Pilates, yoga, the lot.

@liamsLCjourney @subversivepsych Well I went from completely bedbound, peeing in a bucket next to the bed to fully recovered. As I said, drugs did help me too, but I had some miraculous moments with the mind body approach that I have no other explanation for. Bug all I know is my experience.

@wyvernsrose Agreed. I was also helped by drugs. But I was able to make a full and sustained recovery and I want to know why it worked for me.
