@airvistara @airvistara flight UK521 has still not departed. Flight initial time was 11.55am was delayed by 3 hours and was informed that it will depart by 3pm. Boarding pass states 11.55 departure, staff is informing 87D but the indicator shows 45D. @BandBajaateRaho

@cultfitOfficial There is no response. The customer has received a damaged product, following up on a refund. There is no update on pick-up. The team gives assurances but fails to live up to the same.
