We had detailed discussions on our key issues like 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐀𝐝𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐋𝐈, 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 / 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐑𝐁𝐬, 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐑𝐓 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬.
The Secretary, DFS, gave a patient hearing and assured positive consideration on all the above issues.

We also met Shri Asish Madhov Rao More, Joint Secretary, Ms. Shwetha Rao B, Director ; Shri. Kumar Shyamal Parthasarathi, Under Sec, and discussed the above issues in detail.

𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐋𝐈 is at the top level for approval and until then RRBs have to pay PLI as per existing norms as already paid by 5 RRBs like Kerala, MP, TN, Puducherry. DFS is advising accordingly if any Chairmen calls them.

𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐑 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲, including Recruitment, relaxation in eligibility years for Promotions, issues related to deputation of Sponsor Bank officials, will be issued shortly and made effective from the next FY. Then, Revision of Service Rules, IR guidelines, Transfer Policy, revamping of JCC, Special meeting on Retirees matters, undue pressure of cross selling etc will be taken up by DFS.
On Regularisation, DFS made their stand clear that respective RRBs have to act as per the Orders of Hon'ble Courts & as per agreements / settlements made at bank level.
We have pleaded for a one time scheme and regulate the system further.
