@raghu_venugopal@alandrummond2 Since 2011 and before? Try since 2001 and before. When I trained in Toronto it was routine for EDs to be on “redirect” ie unable to accept ambulances due to overcapacity. The warning signs of the problem have been ignored by governments of all parties for ~30y.

The quality of the PSP is a significant factor in choice of drug for both patient and prescriber. Companies know that and will pay attention when they get feedback from prescribers.
