Been waiting the last 3hrs in the dark and no heating with my 2 young children for @BritishGas engineer to come. I just spoke to an advisor.......the booking was cancelled as they didn’t class it a priority....No heating or electric and having 2 young children

So saddened and unimpressed with my order at @DominosCaerphil today. Both pizzas were burnt, on one pizza they even forgot the toppings on the one half, it was just tomato!! The gooey cookies were not gooey just burnt.I had to trek in the snow to collect the order; let down today
