It feels like OpenAI (Codex) and Claude (CoWork) have similiar problems to Microsoft\Google products. They feel like they were created for other techies, way too complicated for normal working people. I keep reading "we have hired 17 founders", great, why don't you hire Bob or Jane that worked at the plumbing supply manufacturer in Kansas City to be your PM. They have worked outside of the tech "bubble" and can help you create something the rest of the world can use to get work done.
The first AI company to do that is going to be cooking. Is there anybody in high tech companies that can design a half way decent interface for the 99.9%?
My monthly rant about SaaS companies locking basic security features behind enterprise, when they should be in the business or teams plan. Drives me insane.
