Gatorade Player of the Year in FOOTBALL in Minnesota, Mr. Basketball in the state, and he helped his team win his school’s first state title.
Clemson has an ATHLETE in @ChaseThompson25, excited for what he does in Littlejohn.
Things baseball players need to stop being afraid of:
1. Heavy lifting
2. Heavy benching
3. Overhead pressing
4. Chin-ups/pull-ups
5. Lifting in-season
6. Lifting on same days as throw days
7. Conditioning w/o distance running
It’s not 1972. Move along with the times

DISCIPLINE IS A WAY OF LIFE
This entire clip from Nick Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.
Most Vikings fans remember Blair Walsh's "wide left" from 27 yards against Seattle.
Alexandria's @d_r_jackson was 10 when he saw that. He wrote @BlairWalsh3 a letter, Walsh wrote him back and it launched Jackson's dream of kicking in the NFL.
It's not that farfetched anymore.
Good luck to the Cardinal Football team in the MSHSL State Semifinal game at U.S. Bank Stadium on Friday! For those cannot attend, here is the official link to watch https://t.co/xUuGcaGG7Z #GoCards
I am extremely blessed to have received a scholarship offer from North Dakota State University! Thank you so much to all of the NDSU coaches for believing in me. Go Bison!!

Have squatted less than 2x BW. In order to be explosive, you must be strong.
This is the math that’s constantly at play. You choose to acknowledge it or not…
Signs of a quality strength program
- Trains speed w/ full rest
- Uses lifts to aid speed/power
- Tracks progress w/ weights
- Conditions w/ intervals
- Schedules off days
- Progressively/responsibly overloads
- Metric testing guides program design
You’ll know when you see one
Strength program red flags…
- Focuses training on body parts
- Has the same reps/sets for everything
- Over emphasis on reps till failure
- Warm-ups are all static stretching
- “walk back,” is rest between sprints
- Plyometrics are sets of 10-12
