@KatyandToast Nurse here, but when taking referrals to pass on to medical team I usually phrase it as 'can I take your name again, and are you the reg?' Seems Less insulting to ask a junior doctor if they're an SpR than vice versa & if they're a Consultant they usually state that at the start

@BootsPharmAssoc 2/2 that we.must continue this merry go round because you can't order stock in advance. This is crazy. I know I will need 186 doses, my gp k knows and your pharmacy knows, yet every 3 weeks I have to create more work for your team due to a totally stupid system

@BootsPharmAssoc inefficiencies will never cease to amaze. I have a med I need to take 2xday for 5 months. Gp's will only supply 4 weeks at a time. Each time I get a new prescription, it takes your pharmacy 10 days to get in from a "third supplier" matey boy in store says 1/2
