@UbisoftSupport Don’t really understand why you can’t change an email address whilst logged in. The email address in question doesn’t even exist anymore. The company has been bought out several times over the years and has been closed down. Nobody has any access to it anymore

@UbisoftSupport The case is open. I have sent numerous screenshots this is apparently still not good enough. All I need is the email address changed as I no longer have access to the one registered and can’t change it within my account

@AsdaServiceTeam when are you going to admit to a data breach. So many people, myself included have had savings stolen from the rewards app. There’s no security. You allow the hacker to change the details. Thanks for the email telling me what email address the hackers changed to
