I’m leading a team at @HHSGov, along with @EDSecMcMahon, targeting the woeful lack of nutrition education in medicine. We can reverse the chronic disease epidemic simply by changing our diets and lifestyles, but to do that, we need nutrition to be a basic part of every doctor’s training.

🚨 First detection of H5N1 bird flu (clade 2.3.4.4b) in a sheep in Great Britain 🇬🇧 (March 2025)
Virus RNA found in milk, likely due to close contact with infected poultry.
🧬 Another mammal joins the list.
Surveillance beyond birds is crucial.

⚠️BREAKING
Cambodia reports fifth human H5N1 Bird Flu case in 2025 in a 65-year-old woman WITHOUT poultry exposure.
She is currently treated in ICU on organ support.
All previous cases in Cambodia this year have died.
Clade unsure, but likely part of the same ongoing reassortant strain (2.3.2.1c with 2.3.4.4b internal genes).

"The UNC-Wuhan collaboration sought to create…genetically modified SARS coronaviruses having…a…'furin cleavage site' associated with enhanced transmissibility and virulence."
"The evidence suggests that UNC midwifed a virus that killed 20 million"

Pls RT: The short documentary below is a must watch for anyone interested in how police & CPS protect doctors who killed Robbie & falsified medical records.
2003: Dyfed Powys was found Institutionally Incompetent re Robbie's case!
2024: A Legal Review of CPS=ignored evidence!
Now, when we may need whistleblowers more than ever, is a good time to read Carl Elliott’s book on medical research whistleblowers. https://t.co/dBlfHhVAK3
It’s been a tough few weeks. My 10yo daughter was diagnosed with a very rare, aggressive cancer called interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS). I’m reaching out to identify clinicians/patients who have encountered pediatric IDCS, indeterminate dendritic cell histiocytosis or other (non-LCH) histiocytic sarcomas cases.
I'm trying to understand non-surgical chemo and targeted therapy options, new pathology markers to better diagnose subtypes/treatments, and any data on progression in pediatric patients. Please feel free to share – I’m trying to cast a wide net due to the rarity of this condition and how little is known.
People can contact me directly at my first name (as written in my profile) at https://t.co/ubo0zQRMn0.
One big, very basic issue is that most docs don't know what bird flu/avian flu/hpai is and that it's an Influenza A
So then it can't even cross their mind to consider HPAI if they get a flu A+ patient
Add to that fact that many are not aware of the growing h5n1 issue.
@laurenpramsey@PfiSii@YHPSRC Pls RT: I find it contemptuous that you excluded me from your research team when I have 34yrs of psychological damage [PTSD] following our 10yr old son Robbie's grossly neg death. Also, you refer to Duty of Candour without mention it was Robbie's case that exposed its absence.
Pls RT: Below are the names of those at West Glamorgan FHSA who ignored irrefutable evidence of the GPs' dishonesty & falsification of Robbie's GP & Morriston Hospital medical records.
They failed to ask the GPs questions & the Chairman only permitted me to ask one question!
A Tamiflu-resistant, highly transmissible H5N1 strain would be catastrophic.
If we ignore these warning signs, we risk walking straight into a pandemic with no tools to fight it.

A TON OF THINGS HAPPENED IN THE STOCK MARKET TODAY.
Here's a full recap:
1. $NVDA Nvidia beat earnings expectations on the top and bottom line with $35B in revenues vs. $33B expected and $0.81 of earnings per share vs $0.74 expected. The company guided for $37.5B of revenues for Q4. Jensen Huang highlighted the massive ramp-up for Blackwell on the earnings call & told investors that supply constraints were the only thing stopping Nvidia from further growth, not demand issues. The stock ended the day down 2.5% as some investors felt the growth was not enough to continue expanding the multiple. Current concerns are around gross margins, tariffs, and their ability to navigate supply constraints to continue showing momentum. Nvidia is guiding for a minimum of 70% growth into Q4.
2. $BTC Bitcoin hit an all time high of $95K as investors continue to believe in the asset. $MSTR Microstrategy raised their convertible note offering from $1.75B to $2.6B due to $850M+ of more demand to go and buy Bitcoin by collateralizing their stock. One thing to note here is that all of this debt is interest-free, meaning debt issuers are fully expecting $BTC to appreciate, and as a byproduct $MSTR stock to appreciate, because they are not charging a fee on the debt as they'd rather own more shares of Microstrategy instead when the debt converts into equity. $MSTR hit an all time high of $504.83 before closing at $489.32, up 13% on the day. $MSTR is now up 591% YTD.
3. $HOOD Robinhood got upgraded by Bernstein to $51, the highest price target on the street. Bernstein highlighted tailwinds around more coins being offered on platform, less regulatory constraints on their crypto business, and new product lines around crypto. Robinhood touched $38, it's IPO price from more than 3 years ago, before closing at $36.48.
4. $TGT Target had it's worst decline in over 2 years as the retailer fell 21% after missing estimates on the top and bottom line. They also reduced FY24 guidance. Given $WMT beat revenue and EPS estimates yesterday, investors are thinking that the problems are less about the consumer and more specific to Target. Target did say that the consumer is resilient but being more cost conscious and noted that since the weather is going to get colder, you should expect their apparel demand to get stronger in Q4.
5. $SNOW Snowflake beat EPS estimates with $0.20 vs. $0.15 and revenue estimates with $942 vs. $898M. The stock went up 20% AH as the company reaccelerated revenue growth to 28% year over year and showed remaining performance obligations of $5.7B, up 55% year over year. $SNOW is now down 11% YTD vs. 31% before the earnings.
6. As per Bloomberg, President-elect Trump’s team is vetting candidates for a potential White House position dedicated to cryptocurrency policy, marking a first for the industry. Discussions include creating a "crypto czar" to liaise with Congress, the SEC, and other agencies. This would be consistent with Trump's pro crypto stance as he also met with $COIN Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong this week to discuss potential cabinet appointments for the administration that would be strong for the broader crypto ecosystem.
7. Kerrisdale Capital today announced a short position against $OKLO, claiming that their timelines to execute on new nuclear projects were ridiculous. MuddyWaters is going short $ELF, claiming they have overstated revenues in the past few quarters by $135-$190M. $OKLO is a pre-revenue company in the nuclear energy space. $ELF is a makeup/beauty retailer. Both ended the day down 5%.
8. $MARA Marathon, a $BTC Bitcoin miner, went up 18% today and outperformed all the other Bitcoin miners $CLSK $RIOT $HUT. One of the reasons may be because $MARA raised $1B of interest free debt two days ago with the intention to buy $BTC on their balance sheet. Investors may be thinking they are going to do what $MSTR is doing but trade at a less per premium to their net asset value, potentially bringing in more investors into Marathon to get leveraged exposure to $BTC without paying a premium for Microstrategy.
9. $PANW Palo Alto networks beat on the top and bottom line for their earnings with $1.56 of EPS and $2.13B on revenue. The company announced a 2-for-1 split as per December 12th, 2024. This would double the amount of shares outstanding from 1B to 2B, so shareholders would get the double the amount of shares the currently own at a new price which is half of the current price. So if you are a $PANW shareholder with 100 shares at $392 per share, you will now have 200 shares at $196. Companies do stock splits in order to bring more liquidity to employees, the options market and investors who want to gain access to shares that are not cheaper but potentially more affordable at a lower cost basis.
10. $TSLA Tesla sent an Optimus robot to celebrity Kim Kardashian along with a cybercab. Kim took pictures sitting on the lap of the Optimus and holding it's hand, implying she was in love with the robot as a joke. Investors feel that Tesla is only sending out this robot to celebrities because 2025 will be the year where the announce significant progress with Optimus, potentially giving the street something more tangible to price into the current valuation of the company. Elon Musk's AI company, xAI, is now valued at $50B. According to the WSJ, xAI told investors it raised $5B in a funding round that valued the company at $50 Billion, more than 2x what it was valued at several months ago
11. $PLTR Palantir ended the day down 1.37% and has now been over a $100B market cap for the past 2 weeks. Today, the company's head of global commercial, Ted Mabrey, said: “We have a fundamental insight with AIP akin to the “decisions not data” secret that made Foundry so special that we are just beginning with. We have infinite space to build the future of the product into. We have access to virtually every single one of the most important problems affecting society. We will be a trillion dollar company.”
12. $MSTR Microstrategy was the number one most traded stock in the United States today. The other top 9 stocks traded today were $NVDA $TSLA $TGT $COIN $AMZN $AAPL $MSFT $PLTR $NFLX.
WALL STREET IS THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.
