@WallStreetSilv The reason the restaurant trumpets that this is a "Living Wage Surcharge" is because customers are stupid and easily manipulated. They'll just tip less, screwing the lowest-paid workers and leaving the profiteers unscathed (that is until they can't find wait staff anymore 😂)
