When you burn people out, you push them out. Stars are the first to leave—they have the most opportunities.

The solution is not to pile on the perks. It’s to pinpoint the root causes of overload and design more manageable jobs.

If you want to keep people, stop exhausting them.

@RonFilipkowski Every damn day. And nothing will be done.

Education is the acquisition of knowledge, while intelligence is the ability to use that knowledge to think and reason. One can be highly educated but not necessarily intelligent, and vice versa.

When your "education" limits your imagination it's called indoctrination. Those who cannot think for themselves are truly lost.
Education should be a rewarding experience which allows you to think, imagine, question, doubt and solve problems. 🧠

@ShaanVP Split my time: 1 - supporting families and students through the IEP, tradition-services, post-k-12 services process to make sure kids get all of the support they need as they move toward adulthood. 2 - continue to work and expand the work of REDI Lab @ColoradoAcademy.

[Prof. Feynman @ProfFeynman]

Students don't need a perfect teacher. Students need a happy teacher, who's gonna make them excited to come to school and grow a love for learning.
