@julie_kelly2 We saw what we saw, dumbass. Just because you’re emotionally invested in the treasonous bastard is not the media’s fault. It’s yours! Act like an adult and reflect hard on your life choices.
@GrantCardone We had money market rates at 20% in the early 80’s and no depression, not even close. That’s just a nonsensical, hyperbolic take that damages your credibility.
@johnkonrad Does this include all the bastard kids he fathered while married, and/or fathered with a married woman? And I’m betting there’s more we don’t know about. What a great judge of character you are, but so on brand.
@poiThePoi@byHeatherLong Maybe some of that, although Trump is doing his best to keep the foreigners away. Also, those will be short-lived, low-paying jobs.
@thecostofwork@byHeatherLong Annual Wage growth averaged 3.5 - 4.0% in the last 20 - 25yrs, while inflation during that time struggled to get up to 2%, until the supply constraints from Covid. Real wage growth in the past 25yrs existed consistently until the post-Covid spike.
@byHeatherLong It’s when real wages went negative in 2021-22 that people turned on Biden. The same negative real wage issue is rearing its head again and will only get worse 2H26. Not a good look for mid-terms.
@Icesquirrel76@plzdontbanmee@Galsen_24 My wife is Ukrainian so I know very well their history with Russia, but anyway thanks for the lecture. Her accent didn’t sound at all similar to my wife’s, and the antagonistic attitude with the officer screamed Russian to me. I’ve seen that many times before.
@1Non_Ducor_Duco@NickTimiraos Warsh is a right wing ideologue who’s word salad logic won’t fly with the real economic experts on the Fed, and employing radicals intent on dismantling the one remaining agency with credibility and competence is par for the course with this administration.
@mynameisBethS@Acyn They’re trying to justify cutting the government supplied subsidies that lowered the premiums. I guess his point is 35% never used the insurance but the government had to pay the premium subsidy anyway. What a weird way to think.
