@qrsupport @qatarairwaysar I contacted you already, what i got is a link to a web page!! There is no personalized support as you claimed. If you have something to offer, don’t be shy to offer it in public. This will be my last experience with Qatar airways. Simply because you are not keen on your customers

@qatarairwaysar I would like to file a complaint regarding an agent at Toronto Airport who mishandled my son’s travel documents. He requested a residency ID for entry into Saudi Arabia. My son presented his original Premium Residence Card, but the agent refused it

@qrsupport @qatarairwaysar I am beginning to wonder if there is anyone responsible at Qatar Airways overseeing this situation. Had I known my son would be forced into such a long transit, I would have booked a much cheaper flight on another airline that offered similar transit times.

@qrsupport @qatarairwaysar He requested to change his destination to Madinah directly from Doha, but he was informed that he must wait until tomorrow at 8:00 AM because the earlier flight to Madinah is fully booked, with only a single seat available in Business Class.
