@maryanneinct @GEICO Yikes, that’s a lot! Current US inflation is about 7.7%, so I wonder what factors justify increases of 25% or 60% when our driving histories remained the same. It just seems odd.

Anyone else’s car insurance premium with @GEICO increase by +25%? My coverage, driving history, and residence haven’t changed. The increase feels like a penalty and the amount seems arbitrary. Mind sharing how you determined a +25% increase @GEICO?

@GEICO_Service Thank you, I spoke with two agents, although I didn’t leave the conversations with an understanding of how +25% was calculated. I was surprised by the magnitude of the increase and would like a better understanding of the reasons why my premium increased so significantly
