1️⃣ OWNERSHIP
Champions own the process. Own your commitment, accountability, and standards. Build an "Everything is Earned" mentality. Ownership is the foundation of your ship.

2️⃣ LEADERSHIP
Player-led teams WIN. Be the leader your team needs—set the standard, hold others accountable, and lead by example. Leadership steers the ship.

3️⃣ FRIENDSHIP
Tight-knit teams WIN. Champions genuinely care for each other on and off the court. Play for each other, not just with each other. Friendship strengthens the ship.

4️⃣ HARDSHIP
Adversity will strike. Championship teams stick together through tough times, rallying around each other. Hardship tests the ship - stay strong together.
