माननीय हाई कोर्ट 10:30 में खुलता है

JSSC CGL का केस 10:30 में भी फ़ाइल हो जाता है और सुनवाई के लिए 12: 00 में लिस्ट भी कर लिया जाता है साथ के साथ 12 :00 में सुनवाई भी हो जाती है और सरकार के रद्द के आदेश पर स्टे भी लगा देता है।

अगर कोई भी हाई कोर्ट में केस फ़ाइल होता है तो उसका लिस्टिंग के लिए कम से कम 5 से 6 दिन लगता है, उसके बाद सुनवाई के लिए भी 15 दिन लगता है और JSSC CGL में सब 1-2 घंटे के अंदर हो गया।

सच में ये वही न्यायालय है जो संविधान से चलता है, जिसमें हम गरीब जाते हैं, कि.....

आम आदमी पार्टी ने फिर से वही पुराना झूठ एक नई थाली में परोसने की कोशिश की है।

FCI को forward किये गए लेटर में पेज 3 में साफ साफ लिखा है कि इस प्रस्ताव से ना तो दिल्ली का वर्तमान में और ना ही भविष्य का कोई कोटा प्रभावित होगा और ना ही दिल्ली सरकार पर कोई वित्तिय बोज आएगा और NERAMAC सभी कानूनों का पालन करेगा। दूसरी तरफ, show cause notice के रिप्लाई में भी para तीन में भी साफ-साफ लिखा है कि communication को केवल forward किया गया था और साफ-साफ बोला गया है कि ऐसा इसलिए किया गया था क्योंकि ये पाया गया कि दिल्ली सरकार का इससे कोई लेना देना नहीं है। दिल्ली सरकार इससे किसी तरह से प्रभावित नहीं होती।

और आप भूल क्यों जाते हैं कि दिल्ली में और केंद्र में दोनों में भाजपा सरकार है. जिन भी अधिकारियों पर जो भी कार्रवाई हुई, वो भाजपा सरकार ने की है। हमारी सरकार में कोई भी धांधली बच नहीं सकती।

जैसे मैंने विधानसभा में बोला था, मैं फिर से बोलना चाहता हूँ कि ना तो दिल्ली सरकार ने कोई चावल खरीदा, ना बेचा, ना ही हमने हमारा कोई quota किसी को दिया। NERAMAC ने subsidised rate पर FCI से जो चावल उठाया, FCI ने auction रेट से उसका पैसा NERAMAC से वसूला। दिल्ली सरकार का उससे ना तो कोई लेना था, ना ही देना।

याद रखिएगा कि इन झूठी बातों से आप मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया में झूठ परोस सकते हैं, पर हम जल्द ही कोर्ट में मिलेंगे। वहां दस्तावेजों से बात होंगी और दस्तावेजों से फैसला होगा। कोर्ट के सामने दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी हो जाएगा।
