The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has expressed disappointment over the Supreme Court of India’s interim judgment on the Waqf (Amendment) Act 2025, describing it as incomplete and unsatisfactory.

The AIMPLB maintains that the entire amendment is a deliberate move to weaken and seize waqf properties. It therefore demands the complete repeal of the Waqf (Amendment) Act 2025 and the restoration of the earlier Waqf Act.

It really surprises me how Aparna manages to get a 4 lane sanctioned immediately, whenever they start a Project. Have seen it recently with new roads for Zenon at Nanakramguda, for SunStone/MoonStone at Gopanpally, RR30 for Cyber 4, for Aparna Aqua near Malaka chervu. .
