@Ask_Spectrum I'm not asking you to handle it via social media. I'm asking you to join 2020 and have a simple online cancellation form. It's more efficient for you and less frustrating for the customer. Why should I wait 28-56 minutes to speak with a rep? This is a simple CRM automation.
