Sometimes you take things for granted and don't appreciate them. Like walking, for example. I began to appreciate this gift after I was diagnosed with MS and could not walk for 2 months. Today I realized how good it is to just sleep on my bed. It was quiet at night. #Ukraine#MS

I certainly believe stress was a factor behind my first severe relapse - and others that followed...
