ERC 3009 makes x402 work ⚡️

> introduces functions that activate meta transactions
> buyers can push gas fees to the seller
> gas fees paid in the token itself not ETH
> transfer ERC-20 tokens to another address, and have the recipient submit the transaction.

This new capabilities unlocked by ERC3009 means:

+ buyers don't need native tokens (ETH, MATIC, etc.) for gas

+ payments happens in one step. No separate approval transactions required

+ Any EIP-3009 token works with any facilitator like @PayAINetwork/@coinbase/@AurraCloud/@daydreamsagents / @mogami_tech /@openx402 /@thirdweb
