@msjmarie911 @Postmates @Postmates_Help Postmates pretty much does zero vetting. They'll hire anyone that applies and let them start working literally within an hour of applying. Also yes many Postmates drivers have 2 people. I'm a driver myself and that kind of thing absolutely disgusts me.

It hurts Postmates much more than trying to reason with them to only get 10% in credit of what should have been a full refund back to you. Especially in this kind of supreme screwup.
