I’m 18, solo from Aktobe, Kazakhstan. I’m the youngest founder @AntlerGlobal Berlin has ever accepted from Central Asia (< 2% acc rate)

Everything starts from failing entrance exams at private international school, but:
- first project got acquired for $7K
- at 16 I made my first $20K coding on a laptop older than me
- at 17 I shipped my first startup (150K+ views, 10K+ visits, 500+ beta users)
- at 18 I turned down a chance to join Google SWE internship because I wanted to build my own thing

Mom still doesn’t fully get why her son needs Berlin when “everything is fine at home.” I get it. Aktobe has zero ecosystem. Zero people who’ve done this before. But I chose this path anyway, secured funding in 2 days and three weeks ago I landed in Berlin.
Antler isn’t just a program - it’s the first time I’m in a room full of people who burn the same way I do. Thank you Antler Berlin for the bet.

Three days I slept on a boat.

Not in a cabin - on the deck like freakin spongebob.
We had YC Stockholm event.

Ended up at a closed pre-party at a founder’s house
Only 6-7 slots with the YC visiting partners.
I was one of them.

Sat down with @ChristinaG325. Same day, we’re walking through the streets in a crowd of founders to main event and I start pitching my startup right next to @gustaf.

One year ago I was coding alone in my bedroom in a small city in Kazakhstan, with zero idea where those doors even were.

The game is wild.

It’s MemPalace - an AI long-term memory system using memory palace, Chroma, knowledge graph, and MCP server. Code looks legit and supposedly beats Mem0 on benchmarks.

Imagine you built a house in record time and sold it to 500 customers.

Everyone raves about the speed.
But then it turns out:
- the foundation is made of cardboard, the walls are cobbled together from someone else’s code, and the inspectors just rubber-stamped it.
- And all those customers are your neighbors from the YC batch.

Yesterday, YC simply kicked Delve out. Not because “YC is evil.”
But because you betrayed the trust within the community. A $300M valuation didn’t save you.
