@elonmusk Why is there any filibuster at all. No member has superior rights that he/she can keep talking forever preventing a vote. The speaker should allocate time for each member that wants to speak, and once everyone has spoken, vote should be taken.

@elonmusk Depending on how many senators want to present arguments, time should be allocated and they should be asked to present arguments within the time allocated. Filibuster is really minority rule as it prevents majority from passing bills. Democracy is supposed to be majority rule.
